Strict Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Commitment

VeloMailer operates under a zero-tolerance policy regarding unsolicited email (spam). Every user of our infrastructure operated by Sigma Phone LLC must strictly abide by global delivery regulations including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

1. Explicit Recipient Consent Required

Senders must have provable, verified opt-in permission for every recipient. The use of purchased, rented, scraped, third-party, or harvested email lists is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.

2. Mandatory Message Elements

All outgoing messages sent through VeloMailer must contain:

• A clear, working, one-click unsubscribe mechanism.
• Accurate header information ("From", "Reply-To", and subject lines that do not deceive).
• The sender's valid physical postal address.

3. Thresholds and Reputation Monitoring

We continuously enforce real-time rate tracking. Accounts exceeding the following thresholds face automated throttling or immediate revocation:

• Spam Complaint Rate: Greater than 0.08% of delivered messages.
• Hard Bounce Rate: Greater than 5.0% on any campaign batch.
• Spam Trap Hits: Presence on public blacklists (Spamhaus, SURBL, Barracuda).

4. Reporting Abuse

To report unsolicited emails sent through our network, forward the entire raw message with headers to our compliance department or call our registered business line:
