You agree to utilize VeloMailer solely for lawful transactional and opt-in commercial communications. All emails sent through our infrastructure must comply with our Anti-Spam Policy, CAN-SPAM regulations, GDPR standards, and CASL guidelines.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, SMTP credentials, and login information. Sigma Phone LLC is not liable for unauthorized access stemming from client-side security failures.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that generate elevated bounce rates (>5%), unacceptable spam complaint thresholds (>0.08%), or engage in purchased list blasting, phishing, or abusive activities without prior notice or refund.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
