Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

We provide new accounts with an evaluation trial period to test delivery performance, API integrations, and feature sets risk-free prior to committing to a paid tier.

2. Subscription Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Sigma Phone LLC offers refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Infrastructure Outages: Documented platform downtime attributable exclusively to VeloMailer exceeding SLA thresholds.
• Billing Errors: Overcharges or duplicate invoice deductions reported within fourteen (14) days of payment.

4. Ineligible Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted for accounts suspended due to violations of our Anti-Spam Policy, high bounce rates, unsolicited bulk emailing, or domain reputation degradation caused by user emailing behavior.
